Big shoutout to Ryan at Thomas Edison Electric! Dude was super knowledgeable, patient, and walked me through everything without making me feel clueless asking a million questions. He gave me a few different options, explained the pros and cons of each, and helped future-proof the house for stuff we may want later on. Work was clean, fast, and all finished in one day. 10/10 experience. My Tesla charges now and my house probably has a higher IQ than I do at this point.

Ian and Josh were amazing! Very knowledgeable about smoke detectors and circuit breakers. They explained everything in detail and made everything so simple to understand. They were super quick and efficient with the installation of my 5 smoke detectors. I called due to one of my smoke detectors going off non stop. They dispatched a technician within the hour. I would highly recommend.

Man, so rare to find high quality reputable companies that don’t screw you over, even when they could. Josh was the electrician sent and he took about an hour to diagnose the problem…which ended up not being an electrical issue, but a problem within my water pump. I’ll deal with that now with the irrigation company who installed it. Anyway, Josh and his boss did not charge me anything. Wow. I certainly provided a tip and will always use Thomas Edison Electric in the future. So impressed.

I needed my home telephone line checked, which is not the usual service provided by Thomas Edison Electric. I thought I had a short in the wiring outside at the service connection to my home. Ryan Ross, the General Manager, made the service call at 6:00 PM on a Saturday evening, which again is highly unusual for an electrical company. I mentioned I had Spectrum internet and home phone service. He then asked if my base station was plugged into the router. It was not. He suggested we try that. Lo and behold, the phone worked fine at the base station as well as the other locations throughout the house. When I asked what I owed him for the service call, he said nothing. He was glad to be of assistance. I even offered him a cash tip, but he refused that too. I can only sum up this experience with the following words: HONESTY, INTEGRITY, CARING. These traits make Ryan, and Thomas Edison Electric, a wonderful company to deal with. I will always use them and I urge you to do so also. Rudy Krajcovic Holiday, FL

Josh did a great job installing our new fans for lanai. He explained everything he was doing and made sure all our questions were answered. Very knowledgeable, cleaned up area. I'll definitely call Thomas Edison for our next project.

Joshua did a great job showed up on time change the plug so it fits my new grill and even help me start it up. Not his job but he did it anyway highly recommend.
